This Forge intake got steamrolled by students from It’s Not Macro-cket Science.

As a result, I’ve shut down the waitlist — and while I’m at it, I’m giving the sales page a bit of a facelift hence this temporary page here.

If you’re seeing this, it’s because we’ve got a call booked and there’s some info I need to give you before we hop on.

Again, excuse the rough setup — but it saves us chewing through half the call covering stuff I can just hand you now. This is the hard-and-fast of my coaching expectations stripped of flashy copy.

It’ll read pretty direct, but it’ll get us on the same page… expeditiously 🤣

I’ll say this at the top, though: if you’ve got a problem with anything you read, no stress. Let me know you need to cancel your call, and there will be no hard feelings. I’m not for everyone, and not everyone’s for me. That’s life and that’s fine, and I won’t be mad about it.

With that said, here’s what you need to know.

The program

This is a six week coaching program. You will have:

Coaching. Through virtually unlimited access to me via WhatsApp with voice, text or video (whatever suits you, but I’m usually a voice note guy unless we’re doing a lifting technique check).

You hit me up 24/7 with clear, concise questions and speedbumps. I’ll reply on weekdays within 48 hours (faster, but occasionally I might be flat stick and slower).

If you’ve got a complex problem or we find ourselves going back and forth, we’ll just hop on a quick call.

Forge. This is the current program we’re running in Forge, as well as the Get Jacked Starter Pack to give you a lightning rod of crash course on how to train at a higher level than your local personal trainer.

Physique Protocol session. We’ll get on a 1:1 call to come up with a personalised nutrition protocol designed to amplify the returns of your training and get you on track to your body goal.


But let me be clear: we’re not pen pals. I don’t babysit or send cutesy “just checking in” messages. We’re putting the right plan and strategy for you in place, and I’m assuming you’re executing without issue unless you tell me otherwise.

Essentially, this is coaching ‘hot potato’. You come to me with an issue, I/we resolve it, you get back to work at a higher level until we run into a newer, better problem. And then we repeat.

We move fast, solve issues fast, grow fast.

After this initial phase, if we are both happy to proceed, then you’ll continue in Forge.

The Coaching Manifesto

I'm not a volume coach.

I work with a small intake of clients at a time, and I'm painfully picky about who they are.

Why?

First, I'm fiercely protective of my success rate. I only take on people who match my drive to succeed with a transformation.

Second, I'm hands-on. I don't like splitting my attention across too many people.

Third, I only work with people I actually get along with — my ideal clients.

If we're going to work together, you need to be one of them.

Here's what makes you ideal.

Essentially, qualifiers for whether we’re gonna work together…

You're not a bargain hunter. Straight up: I'm not your guy. I'm not the quick, cheap fix. I'm where you go when you're done wasting time and you’re ready to invest to get it done right.

You're flexible and relaxed. I don’t like high strung, high maintenance people. Life happens, and my kind of people see it happening for them, not to them. If you’re going to freak out if we ever need to shift a call or a tech issue arises, I can tell you now: we will not work well together. I take my work seriously, and I expect that you’ll assume so if anything ever goes wrong.

You’re a hard worker, an upward aimer and an action taker. I could sum up my philosophy as all gas, no brakes. That approach doesn’t mean we don’t take rests or that I think it’s “no pain, no gain”. It means you know where you’re going, you want to get there STAT, and you’ll do the work required (including intelligent rest) to get there.

You’re not a guarantee seeker. First off, you’re a doofus if you think you’ll get some crazy transformation in six weeks. That, or you haven’t got enough experience for this program yet. This first leg of the program is to prime you up for a winning trajectory, not to try cheat our way to a cool ‘after’ photo. I have given the same coaching to clients that are near 40kg/90lb down as I have to ones who got absolutely zilch out of our work and that I had to boot. The difference? All in the work they did.

You're cool. I like my clients. They’re cool. I don’t give a fig about trendy — I mean that they’re hell bent on getting better, they take responsibility, and they take action. They don’t sook or complain, and they have fun with the great blessing it is to be healthy enough to try and get sexier. If you don’t think that’s you, then please do not get on a call with me.

And that’s all you need to know.

Except… one more thing. I swear a bit. Not aggressively — but I’m a passionate coach with a… rugged vocabulary at times. Be aware.
